What you are buying

The exact model, wattage, panel count and USD pallet price appear on the product page and PayPal checkout. Solar modules only: installation, design, inverters, racking, wiring, permits and utility approval are excluded. Verify compatibility with your installer before paying. No model substitutions without your written consent.

Inventory and payment

Supplier inventory is shared and subject to prior sale; a listing is not a stock reservation. Payment is collected by PayPal. Tower confirms availability before supplier release. If the ordered model cannot be supplied, you may choose a full refund rather than a substitute. Checkout must show the agreed product and total before you approve payment. Any applicable tax must be disclosed before payment; contact Tower if checkout does not match the written total.

Freight, access and unloading

Listed prices include standard freight to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and international addresses are excluded. Confirm the delivery address, commercial or residential access, truck restrictions, liftgate needs and unloading method with Tower in writing before payment. Do not assume residential delivery or liftgate service is included without that confirmation. Any additional service charge must be quoted and accepted before payment. The buyer provides safe unloading unless another arrangement is expressly included. Delivery is estimated at 10–15 business days after cleared payment; dispatch, carrier availability and appointments can change timing. Tower will discuss delays and available cancellation options before release.

Cancellation and returns

Request cancellation immediately by email and phone. Orders canceled before supplier release receive a full refund. Once released or dispatched, cancellation or return requires written authorization. Tower must disclose any actual supplier restocking charge and outbound or return freight before you authorize a return; no fixed fee is promised here because the supplier must confirm it for the order. Do not ship goods back without instructions. Change-of-mind returns after dispatch are not guaranteed. Keep modules uninstalled and retain original packaging while requesting a return. These terms do not waive rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods or payment-provider protections.

Delivery inspection and damage

Inspect the pallet and visible packaging before signing. Photograph the pallet, shipping labels and damage, and note shortages or visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact Tower as soon as possible, preferably the day of delivery. Preserve packaging and do not install damaged modules. Tower will assist with the supplier or carrier claim and confirm the applicable claim deadline in writing before dispatch. No universal carrier deadline is represented on this page.

Manufacturer warranty

A series datasheet is not proof that a particular discounted or surplus shipment qualifies for a manufacturer warranty. Ask Tower for the written warranty document, applicability to the exact model and condition, transferability, claim contact and any labor or freight exclusions before payment. Tower assists in routing claims; manufacturer eligibility and remedy depend on the actual warranty. Do not assume Tower is an authorized manufacturer dealer, that labor or freight is covered, or that a manufacturer's warranty has been verified for the shipment.

Questions and order changes

Use your PayPal transaction reference when contacting Tower. Changes to quantity, address or equipment require written confirmation before release. PayPal's own dispute and protection terms apply where eligible. A checkout click is not proof of a completed payment.
