Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. This policy explains how Tower Solar LLC handles information submitted through TowerSolar.net.
Private calculator use
You can use the home solar calculator without giving us your name, phone number, or email address. The property address and energy information you enter are processed to produce an estimate. Address and property data may be sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder, Google Maps Platform, Google Solar API, and NLR PVWatts. Calculator entries do not become leads unless you choose to submit a contact form.
Information you choose to submit
If you request contact, a proposal review, commercial guidance, or equipment help, we store the details you provide so Tower Solar can respond and maintain appropriate business records. This may include your name, email, phone number, property or delivery address, project details, contact preferences, and any message you send. Payment information entered at checkout is processed by the payment provider; Tower Solar does not receive your complete card number.
Proposal documents
A proposal PDF you choose to upload is held in private storage available only through authorized Tower Solar access. PDF access expires after 30 days. Expired files are queued for automatic deletion. Contact details and request notes may remain as business records until deletion is requested. Before uploading, remove Social Security numbers, bank details, account numbers, signatures, identification documents, tax returns, credit applications, and other information Tower Solar does not need.
How information is used and shared
We use submitted information to answer your request, review a project, coordinate an equipment inquiry or transaction, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not enroll visitors in automated marketing. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website or complete a service you request, with your selected provider when you authorize an introduction or transaction, or when disclosure is legally required.
Site measurement and technical data
We count page views, referral sources, and anonymous actions such as estimate completions and checkout clicks. A random journey identifier may remain in browser session storage for up to 24 hours. Daily technical identifiers help limit abuse. Action events exclude addresses, utility bills, contact details, and document contents. Tower Solar does not store raw IP addresses in its analytics database. Hosting and other service providers may retain technical logs under their own policies.
Your choices
You may ask what information you submitted, request a correction, or ask Tower Solar to delete information that is not required for legal or transaction records. Email info@towersolar.net with the subject “Privacy request,” or call 267-565-8359. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting.
